Scope of Services: Data Backup and Multi-Factor Authentication

1. Purpose:

This indemnification waiver is intended to protect the MSP from any legal liability arising from the client's refusal to implement recommended data backup solutions and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) measures.

2. Acknowledgment:

The client acknowledges that the MSP has recommended specific data backup solutions and MFA measures to enhance the security and integrity of the client's data. The client understands the risks associated with not implementing these recommendations.

3. Waiver of Liability:

The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the MSP from any and all claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or in connection with the client's decision to decline the recommended data backup solutions and MFA measures.

4. Client Responsibility:

The client acknowledges that they are solely responsible for any consequences resulting from their decision to decline the recommended data backup solutions and MFA measures. This includes, but is not limited to, data loss, unauthorized access, and any other security breaches.
