WORKSHOP AGREEMENT

This Agreement is made as of date below between Cynthetic Systems LLC ("Provider") and [Company Name] ("Client").

1. Workshop Overview:

The Provider will conduct a two-week workshop focused on discovery and solution design, aimed at identifying leadership challenges and understanding operational realities within the Client's organization.

2. Target Audience:

The workshop is designed for CEOs and Business Managers leading organizations with 10 to 50 employees.

3. Workshop Objectives:

Upon completion of the workshop, participants will:

* Gain insight into the root causes of leadership challenges.

* Develop a clear understanding of the ground reality of daily operational tasks.

4. Workshop Structure and Deliverables:

Week 1: Discovery

• Activities: Stakeholder interviews (in-person for leadership) and process analysis (virtual for end-users).
• Schedule: Interviews will be conducted between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM MDT.
• Deliverables:
  • Interview Summary Document
  • Process Flow Documents
  • Preliminary Pain Point Inventory

Week 2: Solution Design

• Activities: Opportunity identification and validation.
• Deliverables:
  • Top 3 Opportunity Brief
  • 90-Day Implementation Roadmap
  • Executive Presentation

5. Fees and Payment Terms:

The total cost for the two-week workshop is $16,800.00 USD. Payment terms are as follows:

* 50% ($8,400.00 USD) due upon acceptance of this Agreement.

* 50% ($8,400.00 USD) due upon completion of the workshop and delivery of all agreed-upon deliverables.

6. Term and Termination:

This Agreement shall commence on the date of acceptance and continue until the completion of the workshop and final payment, unless terminated earlier by mutual agreement or material breach by either party.

7. Confidentiality:

All information shared by the Client with the Provider, and all materials developed by the Provider for the Client, shall be treated as confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent.

8. Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States.

9. Entire Agreement:

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
